Raised on American roots music by his Apache, jail-bird grandfather and his superstitious, gypsy grandmother in a trailer in the fields on the outskirts of town, he soon took-up music at the young age of nine. Two decades later, after wandering the country to make meaning out of heart-ache, he has set-up camp in the Santa Cruz mountains to play his experiences to folks passing through.
